Larry Castelli, RCDD, is the Sales Manager for the Latin American region for GarrettCom, Inc. of Fremont, California. GarrettCom, a Belden company, is a manufacturer of industrial grade, hardened networking equipment, including Ethernet switches, routers and converters. Mr. Castelli has been working in the networking area for over 15 years, and has previous sales experience in fiber optic – laser technology, as well as in acoustics. He has both a BS and an MA degree in physics, in addition to an MBA.

Juan Echavarria, Colombian, is the Sales Engineer for the Americas region for Mobotix AG based in Wall St in the City of New York. He has a MS in System Engineering and has worked in the IT and Security Industry for more than 6 years.

Paul was engineering trained and has a background in electronic hardware and software development, IT and publishing. Having run a successful multi-media design and advertising agency with a portfolio of technology and security clients, Paul moved client side full-time ten years ago and has been instrumental in the successful creation, launch and development of IPfocus Magazine, the IIPSEC Exhibition & Conference and the IP UserGroups both in the UK/EU, USA and Latin America

Paul also writes for several vertical market magazines and speaks at various events in the UK / Europe  and USA presenting the future applications of networked surveillance, life safety and BMS technology having an in-depth understanding of the current trends and future needs within the Security and associated markets.

Venezuelan, Manuel has 21 years experience in electronic security. He completed his studies in Computer Engineering, Technician Electrical and Electronic. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales for South America and the Caribbean to LRG International.

As the head of the Engineering Department of Quaddrix Technologies Inc. Victor has extensive experience and remarkable background in the field of electronic security. He previously served as Installation and Support Engineer  for INTELPRO LTDA, company dedicated to industrial automation and projects development in the area of Engineering, then he worked in the area of electronic security for ROBOTEC COLOMBIA SA, holding the position of Project Engineer and finally he joint Quaddrix Technologies Inc. team to lead the Department of Engineering for the last six years.

With Quaddrix, Victor has participated  in numerous training programs, shows and safety fairs in different parts of the world as  the ANSPs (Professional Security Network Associate) Levels 1 and 2 within the framework of ISC in New York. He also has attended training in Nextiva Intelligent Video Management in Denver and with Milestone User Group (MIPS 2008) in Puerto Rico. Victor’s responsibility is to keep Quaddrix Technologies at the forefront of CCTV technology and develop all new solutions that meet the security requirements of the market.
